Privacy & Disclosure Policy
Babcock & Helliwell is proud to offer its clients the highest-quality insurance products and services. Integrity and trust are important to us. With this is mind, we help our clients evaluate which insurance company is right for them based on coverage needs, affordability, service requirements, and financial stability — not on our compensation. We receive compensation through fees and commissions that are paid by clients and/or insurance companies. In most cases, our commission is a percentage of the premium that is collected by the insurer — and paid to us by the insurer. In addition, we may receive some non-guaranteed contingent commissions from insurance companies. These commissions are based on premium volume, profitability, or other factors related to agreements that we have with insurance companies.
Policyholders have trusted us with their insurance needs for over 100 years, and we take our obligation to safeguard and secure personal information very seriously. We are committed to the highest level of integrity in all of our dealings with our clients, employees and service partners. This commitment extends to any personal information about our customers that we might possess or acquire. We are committed to respecting personal privacy, and safeguarding individual record confidentiality and system security. Accordingly, Babcock & Helliwell adheres to the following Privacy Guidelines and Principles:

-- We expect all of our service partners and service providers to adhere to high ethical standards as to the confidentiality of personal information.
